    The sample preparation process is mostly automated and applicable to a multitude of matrixes such as blood and urine, cell culture and tissue material.

  • Metabolite profiling
    The GC-MS and LC-MS/MS systems applied for metabolite profiling are of the most sensitive and powerful metabolomics technologies available to date.

  • Bioinformatics, data mining & system analysis
    The bioinformatics tools, partly developed in house, allow highly sophisticated process control, data validation, data integraton, data mining and data visualisation.
